Users of our services agree to:

• Use services for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of program materials
• Participate actively in assigned programs

4. Program Enrollment and Fees

Program enrollment requires completion of our application process. Fees are determined based on program type and community size. Payment terms will be specified in individual program agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided by XoGerum remain our intellectual property. Participants may use materials for their community's benefit but may not redistribute or commercialize them without written permission.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by program type. Generally:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before program start: Full refund
• Cancellations 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days before: No refund

7. Limitation of Liability

XoGerum provides coaching and guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from program participation or implementation of recommendations.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active program participants. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
